We work to the ringside bell, against your own boxing bag, focusing on the essential elements of boxing. Paired with floor and wall work at your own station for training specific muscle groups – core drills, power and speed to improve your boxing fitness.
BOXING ROUNDS
We work to a six-week training block.
Functional movements to improve power, strength and stamina. Resistance based exercises fused with bodyweight routines – the finisher though!
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING TRAINING
Moving between stronger standing postures that allow you to reroute, ground and centre.To exploring postures that will generate expansion and ease in the body this class is a great introduction to the practice of vinyasa (breath synchronised movements).
YOGA FLOW PRACTICE
Our signature boxing class combines partner work with pads and gloves, plus body weight exercises. Think speed, stamina, footwork, combinations and mind-set. We break down the boxing stance and show you how to throw your punches with confidence.
BOX ‘N’ BURN CLASS
This high-paced dual training class combines boxing skills with strength training.
Set between rounds on the bag and the floor. We get our fix through throwing combos on the bag while lifting heavy metal on the floor.
BOX ’N’ LIFT CLASS
This fast-paced, full-body workout combines strength, endurance, and cardio exercises to challenge your body and mind. Using a variety of equipment, each session is designed to improve athletic performance, and enhance cardiovascular health.
METCON
Powerlifting and Olympic lifting—our class is capped at 10 participants to ensure focused coaching on complex lifts. Over six weeks, we follow a structured progression designed to build strength, technique, and confidence under the bar.
