Commit 12 is our 12-week small group personal training programme built around progressive strength training. Every session is coached, every programme is structured, and every week builds on the last.

How it works
Commit 12 runs in 12-week blocks. You train in a group of no more than four people, with a dedicated coach who programmes your sessions, tracks your progress, and adjusts as you go. The focus is compound strength work designed for long-term results, not short-term fixes.

Who is it for?
All levels. Whether you are new to strength training or experienced and want structured programming with accountability, Commit 12 meets you where you are.
