HELP US KEEP YOU COVID SAFE WITH OUR GROUND RULES

Respect your fellow members and trainers and work out in your assigned space, keeping 2 metres from each other at all times.

Do not come to the studio if you feel ill.

Please come dressed for class and bring limited baggage with you. 

We will not be providing boxing gloves – please bring your own. You can buy gloves and hand wraps from TheBox.

We’ll keep kit to a minimum to ensure high hygiene standards – no sharing!

Wash your hands before and after class. Sanitiser will be available. Disposable gloves will be available for use.

The studio will remain cashless until further notice. Merchandise or sessions can be purchased by card or online.

No lost property will be held at the studio, so please take are to pick up your belongings.

Finally, please do not bring sweat towels to the studio and only use the drinking water tap to fill up your water bottle (no drinking from it!). We do not require that you to wear a mask, our social distancing means that we believe that your need for unrestricted breathing comes first.

OUR PROMISE TO YOU – THE SMALL PRINT

We are committed to the UK Active re-opening framework, are making Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity (CIMSPA) Reactivate training available to all staff. We will also comply with any health designation documentation that the Government implements.
We will display Public Health England (PHE) or equivalent posters informing clients and trainers of social distancing and cleanliness/ hygiene protocols.

We commit to the wellbeing of our trainers and clients and if you have or show any symptom of COVID-19 (temperature, cough, difficulty breathing) they will be sent home to follow Government regulations.

We will continue with rigorous cleaning procedures:
If there is a case of COVID-19 we will follow the PHE guidance while cleaning all areas of the studio.

Cancellations

We understand that sometimes you can’t make class.  We ask that you give as much notice as possible.  If you cancel before 5 hours of class we will not charge you (an ‘early cancel’).

If you are using a block of classes and cancel within 5 hours of class (a ‘late cancel’), your package will be deducted by 1 class.

If you are using an Unlimited Monthly membership and cancel within 5 hours of class, we reserve the right to charge you.

Waitlists

If a class is showing as full, don’t be shy, add yourself to the waitlist.  Its first come, first served. 

If a space frees up 5 hours before class you will automatically get added to class and receive an email.  Unless you tell us otherwise we will assume that you’ll attend the class.   Late cancel charges may apply.

Memberships

Here’s the easy bit, you have six months to use your classes if you buy a block of 10 or 20 classes.

Here’s the science bit, if you buy an Unlimited Monthly membership on the Mindbody app this WILL NOT auto- renew each month. To buy an Unlimited Monthly membership that automatically renews each month until you stop it, you have to buy this via the website in the ‘BUY’ section.

Unfortunately we do not suspend or pause memberships (unless injury means that you cannot attend class).

All memberships are paid for on the day that you buy them. Memberships are activated either when you make your first visit, or when you set the start date.

If you have bought a membership that auto-renews each month, the payment date will always be the same as the date you first bought the membership. That is, your payments dates may not match up with your actual membership.

If you try and book a class before the date that your membership activates, Mindbody will not let you book.  If this happens, get in touch, we can help!  Be careful though, you could end up with a small number of days at the end of your month’s membership (before your next payment date) when you are without a membership.
