Want to learn the difference between a clean and a jerk? Or build strength and confidence on your squat?

Join our community and small-group PT where we work as one and support each other through the foundations of weightlifting and Olympic lifting.

You’ll be coached and guided through a six-week programme, with each block focusing on particular lifts, such as the power snatch, and deadlift.

Skills and confidence will be gained – we'll finish each session with a workout and walk out feeling stronger.
